This documentation section is a growing library of London Retail Services' policies, procedures and reference material — written to be read online and downloaded as branded PDFs. This page explains how it works and where it is headed.
About this documentation
Alongside the marketing pages, this section presents the longer-form material that sits behind our services: the policies and procedures we put in place for client companies, and the reference material that explains how we work. Each item is written from a single structured source, so what you read here and what you download are always identical and always in step.
Use the menu on the left to browse by service. Where a service carries formal documentation, its documents are listed beneath it — for example the Health & Safety policies and the Premises Management preventative maintenance policy.
Read online or download as PDF
Every document can be read in full on the web and downloaded as a branded PDF for printing, sharing or filing. In the left-hand menu, entries that are available as a downloadable document are marked with a PDF icon next to their title; on the document page itself, a “Download PDF” button sits beside the version and issue date.
